Through constant refinements and adventurous exploration the CRM solution has impacted all major areas of the business as it relates to customers. The Discovery Technologies team delivered the technology that allowed the organization to gain significantly more meaning from their existing customer data while increasing their competitive advantage. The project saw new data points being implemented to further complement the already existed data at the company. The project was so well received that it won an award for Best Efficiency Initiative
Insurance Companies of the West Indies Limited
Discovery Technologies used open source technology to implement a data bridging solution. The data bridge facilitated migration to a new insurance platform while still keeping data paths to external satellite reporting applications.
Members of our team developed a mission critical aeronautical database that handles and reports on flight and passenger movements for Jamaica. This project was implemented using Agile project management along with the latest in web standards using a fully Microsoft solution.
